She paints spiritual artwork that speaks to our multidimensional soul journey. She is based in Edmonton Alberta Canada, and in 2012 Sandra Kunz created an animal spirit oracle deck called The Messenger Cards with 43 of her paintings and messages. Through her paintings, personal readings, group sessions and retreats she has assisted people to lives that are more authentic and meaningful. Sandra loves to work with people at a deep heart level and has no fear of what we can learn in this lifetime through our experiences. Sandra Kunz is a facilitator of a process she calls Healing through Intuitive Art which she is grateful to be sharing at this upcoming retreat! In this process we let go of the pressure of creating art that needs to be beautiful and instead we create art for the purpose of self connection, understanding, expression and creativity. ∘ ❁ ∘ ✧ ॐ ✧ ∘ ❁ ∘ ✧ ॐ ✧ ∘ ❁ ∘ Denise Walker is an Edmonton based Author & Meditation Teacher. She is the creator behind her company, 'Denise Speaks' and teaches meditation classes as part of the Lucid Yoga Collective. Words are her craft either written or spoken aloud with a mission to foster community while cultivating creativity. She is sober and much of her art comes from her personal experience with addiction and living in recovery. She is passionate about pushing the ceiling on healing and is always looking to deepen her self-exploration. Her bodies of work include dystopian thriller 'Cedar Valley', Addiction & Recovery Poetry collection: 'Pick Your Poison' Vol I & II, and sobriety podcast: Detox Podcast. Write & Rise Poetry Workshop is a 2-hour workshop designed to help you tap into your innate creativity. By using guided visual meditation and other soul-provoking prompts we will stir our imaginations and bring our inner depths out onto the page. ∘ ❁ ∘ ✧ ॐ ✧ ∘ ❁ ∘ ✧ ॐ ✧ ∘ ❁ ∘ Christina Marie is a Intuitive Energy Healer, a Soul Alignment & Connection Coach, a Transformation Facilitator. She's the owner of Created with Love, an online metaphysical gift shop who is a lover of all things Mystical & Magical. Christina has been on her own healing journey, intentionally and intensively over the last decade. She's overcome many personal hardships, childhood traumas, addiction, healed a brain injury, multiple near death experiences, grateful for each experience as it has brought with it a profound appreciation, a softening, and extends to her the ability to be present, to hold space for and have compassionate understanding for this life and it's many difficulties. It brings her great joy to hold space for women to do the deep inner work to transform old belief systems, patterns, to work through years of conditioning and trauma. Supporting you to rise in your power, to feel present in your body, in tune with yourself, the world around you and connected to a greater purpose. She is passionate about creating containers that are nurturing, safe and that helps to facilitate lasting change. She will be guiding you through a journey of awakening the senses, of self-care practices of remembering your power, your worth and aligning with you natural state of being.
